I am here to provide the extra help that you need for your wedding day.  If you are someone that likes to do the planning or have a strong team helping you with all the details but need a little guidance or help along the way, I can step in to assist you with the odds and ends or the final touches.

 

What can i help you with?

On the day event Management You have your wedding planned and are ready for the day but now you want to sit back and enjoy your hard work.  Let me take the pressure off the day of so that you can entertain your guests and dance the night away.  We will meet for an initial consultation and work through the details that you have in place.  I will help with any loose ends or any details that I see might have been missed.  We will then meet 1 month out to make sure we are all set and ready to go.  Before the event I will supply you with a schedule of events and complete vendor list.  I will attend and coordinate the ceremony rehearsal and be there for the big day.  

This package generally includes 30-40 hours of my time depending on the style of wedding.  Extra time can be added on as needed and charged by the hour.

Initial Consultation - You want to plan your wedding and have the time and support to do so but don't know where to start.  Need some ideas or suggestions on vendors or venues.  Let me help you get started.  We can look at your budget and create a plan and timeline so that you can create an event that works for you.

This package includes 2 x 2hr sessions.

Monthly Meetups - Let me help you stay on track, keep you on budget and make sure that nothing is missed.  We can meet monthly.  This is perfect for someone that doesn't want a full wedding planner but needs more support than the initial consultation.  We can walk through the plan, go through checklists and keep you on task.  This can be from the very start of your planning (Initial Consultation) and the months following or if you have reached a point where you need a little extra help.

This package includes 2 x 2hr sessions and is then quoted at an hourly rate.  We can meet up monthly or if you need to add a few more consultation sessions in we can cater as needed.

Event Setup - The planning is done, you have a team to help with the event but you want to walk in to a room that is setup and ready to go.  I can meet with the vendors, make sure that the tables are setup just the way you envisioned and ensure that everything is running on time.  I can place the favours, setup the cake and candy table (see our inclusive decor packages under rentals), light the candles and be sure that the DJ is ready for your guests.

This option is quoted at an hourly rate.  Estimated number of hours determined prior to the event.

Event Cleanup - Everything is set, only your venue needs the room cleared before you leave.  You can ask a few awesome friends or you can hire me to come in with a team to do it for you.  I can make sure that rentals are consolidated, accounted for and ready for pickup,  the decor is off the tables or taken down (some venues won't do this for you), your cake and gifts are taken care of by your chosen friend or family member and nothing is left behind.

I'm here to help with any event no matter the size.  Whether it be helping with initial support and consultation or complete start to finish planning.  I can help you get started even if you need a few hours of consultation to get you started or make sure you are on track.

Where do you need help?

Full event planning & execution - Business meetings, staff retreats, Sales Meetings, retirement parties, private dinner and everything in between.  Take a load off and let me plan your event.  We will work together to create an event that suites your needs whether it be a business meeting, staff retreat, sales meeting, retirement party, dinner or anything in between.  The day of your event you can focus on your clients or guests and I will manage all onsite details.

Event Consultation - You want to host a dinner party or meeting and have the time to do the planning but don't know where to start.  Need some ideas or suggestions on vendors or venues.  Let me help you get started.  We can look at your budget and create a plan and timeline so that you can create an event that works for you. 

This option is quoted at an hourly rate.

Event Setup - The planning is done, you have a team to help with the event but you want to walk in to a room that is setup and ready to go.  I can meet with the vendors, make sure everything is working for your AV setup and set the tables.  Whether it be adding a few extra touches to the room to impress your clients or setting up a family dinner while you are out showing your guests the beautiful Okanagan.  If you have a retreat planned and need someone to setup each location, I can help!

This option is quoted at an hourly rate.  Estimated number of hours determined prior to the event.

Event Cleanup - There is nothing worse than hosting a meeting or party and having to deal with cleaning up when you would rather be talking through the presentation with your team or enjoying after dinner drinks with friends.  Let me take that off your plate.  I can make sure rentals are picked up or organized and accounted for, the room is put back in order, nothing is left behind and clear up any decor or presentation equipment.

Trade Show Consultation

Trade shows - I can help with booth setup ideas and help you find booth builders who can work through the design and build (if required).  Walk you through what is required on site and leading up to the show and even booking rooms for your staff.
